This photo was found on the Internet in 2001. It is of another project which includes a bike path along side of a single railroad track. I do not remember where this project exists but I believe it is in Maryland. The similarities between this view and the Newport Secondary Track, especially just to the north of the Walnut Street bridge abutment led me to conduct this survey.
